From Winston-Salem:

After passing the Stratford Rd exit, I-40 West will split. Blend right and take US 421 North toward Wilkesboro. Exit US 421 North at the Lewisville-Clemmons Road exit. Continue straight across at the light, for a quarter of a mile and Sunrise is located on the right-hand side.

From Yadkinville/Wilkesboro:

take the Lewisville Clemmons exit, turn left at top of the exit ramp and cross over 421, turn left at end of bridge at the light and continue for a quarter of a mile and Sunrise is located on the right-hand side.

From Clemmons:

Take Lewisville-Clemmons Road north. After crossing the 421 bridge, turn left at the light and continue on Lewisville-Clemmons Road for a quarter of a mile and Sunrise is located on the right-hand side.
